We (Baxter Kidney Care) are looking for a trusted and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) & HR Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. This role is critical in managing employee relations and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to local regulations while supporting a seamless employee experience.

The PRO will be responsible for:

  • Supporting government relations, contract formalities, Workday system updates, HR letters, leave tracking, and employee lifecycle documentation.
  • Managing tasks independently and with accountability.

The ideal candidate is proactive, process-oriented, and capable of handling complex administrative workflows with minimal supervision.

Additionally, this role will:

  • Coordinate Emirati relations, support Emiratization goals, and reinforce commitment to national development and compliance.
  • Handle all government transactions including visa applications, renewals, cancellations, ID cards, Emirates ID, and medical fitness processes.
  • Maintain strong relations with government entities such as MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA, and the Ministry of Interior.
  • Ensure timely execution of all legal formalities and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, contracts, and legal documentation.
  • Prepare and manage employee contracts, onboarding, and offboarding documents.
  • Provide HR administrative support: draft/send HR letters, salary certificates, experience letters, NOCs.
  • Manage government documentation for internal audits and compliance.
  • Manage employee records, data updates, uploads, and accuracy checks in Workday HRIS.
  • Support Emirati employees: main point of contact, Emiratization initiatives, offer letters, onboarding.
  • Ensure data accuracy and legal compliance at every step.
  • Take ownership of tasks, priorities, and time management independently.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in a PRO, Government Relations, or HR Admin role in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa procedures.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
  • UAE Driving License preferred.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
