We are currently recruiting for a Public Relations Officer - Account Management PSCOD - AUH (Emiratization) to join our Account Management PSCOD AUH team in Musaffah Industrial M 11, Abu Dhabi.

Scope:

This Public Relations Officer position is responsible for facilitating communication and collaboration within Transguard and between Transguard and governmental entities. The role includes ensuring compliance with regulations, assisting in obtaining licenses and permits, residency and employment visas, and bureaucratic processes. The incumbent must foster positive relationships with government officials to advocate for Transguard’s interests.

Financial
  • Assist with proactively forecasting activities related to government fees, taxes, and other financial obligations.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities by reviewing and negotiating government costs and expenses.
  • Ensure licenses and government-related expenses and payments are processed on time to avoid fines.
Customer
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all government offices, consulates, and embassies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with police departments and immigration officials.
  • Manage internal stakeholder communication to ensure swift and clear task completion within deadlines.
Process
  • Maintain processes to optimize efficiency and timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage visa applications, permits, and trade licenses effectively.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of applications to prevent delays or penalties.
  • Assist with residency permits, labor contracts, and other administrative processes, including resolving disputes during renewals and new applications.
  • Handle police case openings and follow-ups involving Transguard and employees.
Innovation
  • Identify external processes that can be moved online to save time and costs.
  • Stay updated on customs and regulations to ensure compliance.
