Job summary

SoftwareOne in Dubai seeks a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to serve as the main liaison with UAE government authorities, ensuring compliance with labor, immigration, and commercial regulations. You will support employee lifecycle activities, licensing, and regulatory processes while enabling uninterrupted operations through effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience in UAE government relations, immigration processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with DMCC processes, portals, licensing requirements, and company administration.
• Experience managing Abu Dhabi government entities, portals, and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of UAE labor law, visa administration, licensing, and corporate compliance activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with effective problem-solving, documentation management, and process coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and interactions with UAE government authorities, free zones, embassies, and regulatory bodies
• Oversee employee and dependent visa processes, Emirates ID applications, onboarding, offboarding, and immigration compliance
• Administer trade licenses, establishment cards, company registrations, and corporate documentation requirements
• Maintain government portals, monitor renewals, coordinate access, and resolve operational issues
• Support internal stakeholders with regulatory documentation, contract submissions, tenders, and government-related requirements
• Monitor compliance activities, track renewals and permits, prepare status reports, and identify process improvement opportunities
