Job summary

FIVE Hotels and Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Public Relations Manager to lead media relations and brand storytelling across our luxury destinations. You will craft campaigns for hotel openings, manage press communications, and build strong relationships with local and international outlets.

Based in Dubai, you will travel to Ibiza and other properties to support initiatives, events, and media engagements, mentoring junior staff and ensuring consistency with FIVE’s voice and global strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Public Relations with agency experience preferred.
Hotel pre-opening experience is preferred.
Impeccable communication skills in English, written and verbal; Arabic a plus.
Strong media relationships and knowledge of the Middle East press landscape.
Able to conceptualise creative PR campaigns and own tasks end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements proactive PR strategies to promote FIVE and build brand reputation.
Drives PR campaigns for new hotel openings with extensive media coverage.
Cultivates relationships with local, regional, and international media outlets.
Oversees press releases, interviews, and editorial materials reflecting FIVE’s tone.
Creates compelling editorial pitches and narratives for the press.
Coordinates media visits, handles queries, interviews, and speaker engagements.
Organises media events and photoshoots aligned with business needs.
Maintains a network of industry thought leaders for collaborations.
Monitors industry trends and regulatory guidelines related to PR.
Mentors junior team members and supports cross-functional initiatives.
