A leading agency is seeking a dynamic Arabic-speaking Public Relations Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Public Relations Manager plays a role in driving client success through strategic communication initiatives and leads the agency's PR department. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, experienced, and have a record in developing and executing successful PR strategies and managing client relationships.
Strategic PR:
Participate in developing and executing comprehensive PR strategies to meet client objectives and agency goals.
Participate in planning and managing strategic guidance to clients on public relations, reputation management, crisis communication, media relations, and internal communications.
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique PR needs.
Regularly communicate with clients through the Communication Department's team to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand the agency's services to existing clients.
Media Relations:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers in relevant industries.
Draft compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
Proactively pitch stories and secure media coverage for clients across various media channels.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with internal and external content creation teams to develop engaging and impactful content, including blog posts, articles, and social media content.
Ensure that all content aligns with clients' messaging and brand voice.
Crisis Communication:
Participate in developing crisis communication plans and protocols to effectively manage potential PR crises for clients.
Provide guidance during high-stress situations, offering clear and concise messaging strategies.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze PR campaigns, providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to clients and agency leadership.
Use data insights to refine strategies and improve results over time.
Industry Expertise:
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of public relations.
