Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager Investor Relations (IR) & Public Relations (PR) to lead external stakeholder communications for the organization. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in listed companies or leading advertising/PR agencies, with strong capabilities in financial communication, media handling, investor engagement, and corporate reputation management. This is a high-visibility role that interfaces with investors, analysts, media, and senior leadership.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relations (IR):

• Manage all communication with shareholders, institutional investors, analysts, and regulatory bodies
• Prepare and present investor presentations, quarterly earnings decks, call scripts, and fact sheets
• Coordinate earnings calls, investor meetings, AGMs, and investor roadshows
• Track shareholding patterns, analyst coverage, and market sentiment related to the company and competitors
• Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR), BSE/NSE disclosure norms, and timely submission of investor communications

Public Relations (PR):

• Develop and implement PR strategies to build brand equity and reputation
• Manage media relations, press releases, crisis communication, and industry positioning
• Liaise with advertising agencies, PR consultants, and media outlets for planned campaigns or brand visibility
• Monitor media coverage and maintain a positive public image of the company

Strategic Communication & Reporting:

• Align messaging across investor and public-facing platforms
• Draft and review CEO/CFO messages, thought leadership articles, and speeches for key events
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and strategy teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in all disclosures

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

• MBA (Finance / Marketing / Communications) or equivalent
• 812 years of experience in Investor Relations, PR, or Corporate Communication roles
• Preferably from advertising agencies, listed entities, or capital markets-facing industries

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, stock exchange filings, and investor engagement best practices
• Experience managing media and crisis communications
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and PR monitoring tools (Meltwater, Cision, etc.)
• Ability to work with CXOs, analysts, media, and internal stakeholders

Preferred Background:

• Exposure to managing communication for earnings calls, IPOs, fundraising events, or M&A announcements
• Previous roles in advertising/PR agencies serving listed companies or in-house communication for corporates
