Job summary

UGREEN GROUP LIMITED is seeking a senior PR and communications leader to develop and execute a comprehensive ME strategy in Dubai. You will build strong media relationships across Arabic and English outlets and act as the company spokesperson.

This role requires deep knowledge of the regional media landscape, crisis management expertise, and the ability to drive positive coverage in top-tier outlets while collaborating with a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years of PR experience with at least 3 years in the Middle East.
• Proven relationships with GCC media outlets (UAE and Saudi Arabia).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional media (both Arabic and English), influencers, bloggers, and industry analysts.
• Lead all media outreach, including press releases, press conferences, media briefings, and exclusive interviews.
• Secure high-quality, positive media coverage in top-tier regional publications and broadcast channels.
• Act as the company's local spokesperson and manage all media inquiries with professionalism.
• Proactively identify and manage potential PR crises and issues, protecting the company's reputation.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on PR campaign results and media mentions.
• Organize and manage PR events, from press launches to corporate announcements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

5+ years of proven experience in a PR role, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on the Middle East market.

Existing and demonstrable relationships with key media outlets in the GCC (UAE and Saudi Arabia are essential).

Local & Cultural Expertise:

Native or bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory (both written and spoken).

Deep understanding of the Middle East's media landscape, social norms, cultural nuances, and business etiquette.

Knowledge of the regional socio-political and economic environment.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to act as a confident and effective company spokesperson.

Strong existing network of local media and relevant stakeholder contacts.

Experience in crisis management and issues resolution.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

Results-driven with a portfolio of successful PR campaigns in the region.
