The role covers internal and external communications, stakeholder management, media relations, and crisis planning, with a focus on protecting and strengthening the company’s reputation and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop company-wide communication plans.
• Coordinate announcements from Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams.
• Manage employee engagement and culture communications.
• Communicate company achievements, milestones, and recognition programs.
• Manage media relations and public relations activities.
• Prepare press releases and official company statements.
• Support partnership announcements and external campaigns.
• Monitor business news and identify PR opportunities.
• Protect and strengthen company reputation.
• Work closely with executives and department heads.
• Act as the communications point of contact during key company initiatives.
• Support crisis communication planning and execution.
• KPIs: PR coverage and media mentions., Brand sentiment and reputation metrics., Timely delivery of communication campaigns.
