Job Summary:
The role is responsible for managing all activities related to obtaining, renewing, and ensuring compliance with licenses, permits, and visas for the organization. It involves close coordination with government authorities such as the Immigration Department, Ministry of Labor, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, and other regulatory bodies. The position ensures timely submission of required documents, keeps stakeholders informed about regulatory changes, maintains accurate records, manages PR expenses, and represents the company in government offices for complex cases. Additionally, the role handles labor and residency visa processes for employees in full compliance with labor and immigration laws.
