We are looking for experienced bi-lingual Account Managers to join our award-winning teams based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

You will have the opportunity to grow as a communications professional within a global network of subject matter experts and experience and learn a full spectrum of communications skills, working in a fully integrated manner.

Desired Responsibilities + Attributes

As an Account Manager at Burson, you are responsible for the overall development, maintenance, and growth of both the clients and the team. With a focus on strategic counsel, you will work with a team overall strategy and direction for key account/s.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Can Demonstrate

  • Providing strategic, crisis communication counsel
  • Expanding current client business
  • Developing and implement strategic communications programs
  • Possesses solid presentation skills, including ability to communicate and sell ideas to prospects and current clients
  • Reviews and approves all new business proposals for the team before they are submitted.
  • Assists Managing Director and Practice Leader in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Ensures that financial matters for the accounts are handled in a timely manner.
  • Shows strong financial accountability by continuously finding ways to improve operating margins, while enhancing our high-performance culture.
  • Tracks industry trends and activities and offers new ideas to clients.
  • Is proactive with clients to address any issues of dissatisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication or media studies.
  • 5+ years of agency experience or equivalent
  • Specialized industry knowledge niche and has senior level industry and media contacts.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
