Key Responsibilities

Transport public relations officers and VIPs to meetings events and appointments ensuring punctuality and discretion at all times Maintain the vehicle x27 s cleanliness and operational efficiency including regular inspections and timely maintenance Navigate complex routes and traffic conditions utilizing GPS and real-time traffic updates to optimize travel time Handle confidential documents and conversations with utmost discretion safeguarding sensitive information Manage the vehicle x27 s fuel consumption and expenses adhering to budget constraints and reporting requirements Coordinate with the public relations team to stay informed of schedules and any changes in travel plans Ensure passenger safety by adhering to all traffic regulations and practicing defensive driving techniques Assist with luggage and other passenger belongings providing a helpful and accommodating service Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor representing the organization positively at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably with experience in chauffeuring VIPs.
• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
