Job summary

Ghobash Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced executive driver to provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for the General Manager.

You will manage daily travel, select efficient routes, maintain the executive vehicle, and keep meticulous trip records while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

A UAE driving licence with 5 years UAE experience is required; strong English and GPS familiarity are essential; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE light-vehicle driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE driving experience, preferably as an executive or personal driver.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi, Dubai and other UAE routes.
• Professional appearance, respectful behaviour and good communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality, punctuality, patience and reliability.
• Ability to communicate in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation and traffic applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable and punctual transportation for the General Manager.
• Manage daily travel schedules, meetings, airport transfers and business appointments.
• Select suitable routes by considering traffic and travel time.
• Maintain the assigned executive vehicle in excellent condition.
• Conduct daily checks of fuel, tyres, oil, brakes, cleanliness and vehicle documents.
• Arrange scheduled servicing, repairs, registration and insurance renewal.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company matters, meetings and conversations.
• Assist the General Manager with luggage, documents and other reasonable requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption and vehicle expenses.
• Follow all UAE traffic regulations and company safety procedures.
• Remain flexible to work extended hours, weekends or public holidays when required
