Job summary

VIP & Protocol Events Management in Dubai seeks a reliable Personal Driver & PRO for the CEO. The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, and well-versed in VIP driving protocols.

You will drive the CEO to meetings, manage vehicle upkeep, and assist with basic office tasks such as handling bank transactions and document deliveries. English fluency and a UAE driving license with a clean record are required. A minimum of 2 years’ UAE driving experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal or corporate driver in the UAE.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Valid UAE driving license with an excellent driving record.
• Familiarity with UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Ability to handle basic office tasks including dealing with bank transactions.

Responsibilities

We are seeking areliable and experienced Personal Driver & PRO for the CEO of a prestigiouscompany. The ideal candidate will be professional, discreet, and well-versed indriving protocols for VIP clients. They must also have basic office workknowledge, including handling bank transactions and assisting with executive-leveltasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving Duties:

• Safelydrive the CEO to meetings, appointments, and other destinations asrequired.
• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and ready for use

AdministrativeSupport:

• Handle bank-related tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions
• Assist with deliveries and pickups of documents or packages as needed
• Coordinate with VIP clients and handle basic interactions professionally

• Maintain an updated record of vehicle maintenance, fuel logs, and other relevant details
• Assist with other personal or professional errands for the CEO

Requirements:

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal or corporate driver in the UAE
