Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Public Health Design Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing public health systems that improve the wellbeing of communities throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sustainable and energy-efficient solutions that comply with regulations and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to integrate building systems into overall designs.
  • Conduct design reviews, audits, and risk assessments to ensure the reliability and safety of designs.
  • Stay updated on advancements in building technologies, materials, and energy solutions.
  • Explore and implement innovative designs that reduce carbon footprints.
  • Adopt advanced BIM modeling solutions, including computational engineering for sizing systems in the Revit environment.
  • Develop models to LOD 150 to integrate conceptual spatial planning in design using Revit.
  • Learn and apply digital delivery workflows through system optimization, advanced simulation strategies, and multidisciplinary coordination using Revit tools/Revizto in ACC and BIM 360 environments.
  • Develop digital skills through the adoption of programming languages to enhance design automation, data analysis, and system integration.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in public health engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record in designing public health systems.
  • Strong proficiency in engineering design software.
