Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Palm Jumeirah is seeking a Non-Management Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain room and public area standards. You will inspect rooms, coordinate with departments, and help manage daily housekeeping activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience, plus supervisory experience. Candidates should be able to lift up to 55 pounds and work a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities and coordinating with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.
• Follow safety and security policies; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.
