Job summary

Client of Dynamic Staffing Solutions is seeking a PTW Coordinator in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will coordinate creation, safekeeping, and timely presentation of all Permit To Start Work documents for petrochemical or power generation projects, ensuring no work delays. A minimum of 7 years in the sector is required, with reading and speaking English (IELTS 6 equivalent).

Training on the company’s PTW system will be provided. Diploma/ITI in Mechanical and basic English knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have good command of English (IELTS 6 equivalent).
• ITI Diploma in Mechanical or similar technical diploma is required.
• Basic English knowledge is required for field communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creation, safekeeping, and timely transmittal of all Permit To Work documents.
• Ensure timely presentation of PTSW documents to prevent work delays.
• Maintain organization of PTSW files and attachments during TA period.
• Assist in training on COMPANY's Permit to Work System.

Role amp Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating the creation safekeeping transmittal and timely presentation of all Permit To Start Work documents required to undertake the job in a timely fashion so that the work is not held up
• Must have more than 7 years experience in the Petrochemical or Power generation industry
• Can read and speak the English language IELTS 6 equivalent
• Must be capable of being trained in the COMPANY s Permit to Work System and to gain a full understanding of it
• Must be able to organize at least 300 PTSW documents with all attachments during all TA
