Key Responsibilities

• Teach Psychology across relevant secondary and senior school levels with strong subject knowledge and clear lesson delivery.
• Plan engaging lessons that help students understand psychological concepts, theories, case studies, research methods, and ethical issues.
• Support students in developing analytical thinking, evidence‑based reasoning, academic writing, discussion skills, and examination confidence.
• Use a range of teaching strategies to make Psychology relevant, accessible, and connected to real‑life human behaviour and society.
• Prepare students for assessments by developing structured revision plans, targeted feedback, and clear performance improvement strategies.
• Design differentiated learning activities that support varied abilities and encourage high levels of student engagement.

Ideal Profile
