Psychology Teacher for IGCSE and A-Level

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Psychology Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to IGCSE and A-Level students following the British curriculum. The teacher will inspire students to develop a deep understanding of psychology and support them in achieving academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge/Edexcel IGCSE and A-Level Psychology curriculum.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to cater for different learning styles and abilities.
• Prepare students for internal assessments and external examinations ensuring they meet the required standards.
• Develop and update lesson plans, schemes of work, and teaching materials.
• Assess, record, and report on student progress regularly.
• Provide individual support and guidance to students, fostering critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities such as psychology clubs, debates, and field trips.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in psychology and education to enhance teaching methods.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development.
• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Experience in teaching British curriculum Psychology (A-Level & IGCSE).
• Proficiency in English.
