We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Protocol Agent / Hostess to join a 5-star hotel in Dubai. As a Protocol Agent / Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for dignitaries, guests and partners, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience aligned with international protocol standards at high-level events, official functions and VIP engagements.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist VIP guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Manage event logistics including seating schedules and guest transitions
  • Ensure all interactions adhere to international and cultural protocol standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized recommendations
  • Work with hotel departments to ensure flawless service during VIP events
  • Represent the hotel with impeccable grooming and conduct
  • Handle Guest Lists: Manage RSVPs and confidential guest information
  • Distribute event briefs and ensure all stakeholders are informed
  • Advise guests on local customs and etiquette for a respectful experience
Requirements
  • Minimum height: 170 cm
  • Experience in hospitality customer service, protocol or event coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and grooming
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-profile environments
  • Flexible with working hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
