Job Summary :

Signature Collection Realty is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our luxury real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling premium properties, managing investor portfolios, and closing high-value deals. You will play a key role in driving revenue, mentoring junior agents, and representing the brand with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of luxury residential properties (villas, townhouses, apartments).
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including off-plan and secondary properties.
• Manage and nurture relationships with clients, investors, and property developers.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close transactions efficiently.
• Mentor junior property consultants and support their training and development.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, sales performance, and market feedback.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Represent the company at property exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in luxury or investment properties.
• Proven track record of successful high-ticket property transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, market trends, and legal procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Swedish are a plus).
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• RERA Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
