Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Junior Project Manager – Proposals to lead the technical development of FEED, PMC, EPCM, EPC and Consulting proposals, ensuring submissions are technically compliant, commercially competitive, and executable.

The role coordinates multidisciplinary engineering, estimating, planning, and commercial inputs to develop high‑quality tender submissions and execution strategies. Key responsibilities include reviewing ITBs/RFPs, defining scope, developing execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Typically 10+ years of engineering/project delivery experience, including proposal development.
• Experience supporting FEED, PMC, EPCM, and EPC projects within the energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Review ITBs/RFPs and define project scope, assumptions, exclusions, and qualifications.
• Develop proposal execution plans, deliverables registers, staffing plans, and schedules.
• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, and commercial inputs.
• Support preparation of technical proposals, cost estimates, risk registers, and clarification responses.
• Participate in bid reviews, client presentations, and proposal strategy development.
