The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical proposals, managing deadlines, and ensuring the accuracy of submissions. Job description

Job Title: Proposal Manager - Gas Treating Process Skid Packages

Reporting To:

Business Manager

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the proposal process from opportunity to award.
  2. Evaluate RFQ requirements and project specifications thoroughly.
  3. Define scope, ensure technical and commercial accuracy, and submit proposals timely.
  4. Support sales team through bid clarification and pre-bid technical meetings.
  5. Ensure smooth transition of information to the Projects Department post-award.
  6. Knowledge of Piping and E&I disciplines is advantageous.
  7. Prepare data sheets, specifications, purchase documents, and technical evaluations for mechanical equipment and bulk items.
  8. Familiarity with codes and standards from KOC, ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, PDO, Qatar Energy, Shell DEP’s is preferred.
  9. Coordinate with internal teams and external clients/sub-vendors to foster teamwork.
  10. Assist in developing quoting tools and procedures to improve proposal success.
  11. Position may require international travel.
Skills & Experience:
  1. 8-10 years of relevant oil and gas industry experience, preferably with OEMs, EPCs, or EPCMs.
  2. Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  3. Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
  4. Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  6. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  7. Ability to perform well individually and in team settings.
  8. Effective remote work capability with minimal supervision.
  9. Proven track record of punctuality in fast-paced environments.
