Job description

Prepare accurate costs and tenders for major coating and fabrication works for onshore and offshore pipeline & structural
projects. Be responsible for enquiries from their receipt of enquiry to signing of contracts and handing over to Customer Service
Department for execution.

What you´ll do
  • Review tender documents including technical specifications, contractual terms, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with factory teams and global partners to prepare accurate cost estimates and standard rates.
  • Compile and submit commercial and technical bids with profitability analysis and management approvals.
  • Communicate with clients for clarifications, updates, and amendments related to tender documentation.
  • Collaborate with BD, CSD, and ISC teams to ensure scope alignment and on-time bid delivery.
  • Manage and update Salesforce, quotation logs, project trackers, and related documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and OSHAD standards and actively support HSE initiatives.
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–12 years of experience in Oil & Gas or steel fabrication/coating industries.
  • Strong understanding of tendering processes, technical specifications, and commercial documentation.
  • Proven ability to independently manage bids and support sales teams in securing strategic projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external clients.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, cost control, and margin analysis.
