This role involves creating technical offers, handling commercial proposals, and closely working with engineering tasks related to water treatment systems. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant engineering degree and possess valuable experience in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5-15 years of experience in Design / Proposal Engineering of Water Treatment.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical offers for Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants.
• Prepare engineering designs, PFDs, and PIDs for tendered projects.
• Select Electro/Mechanical Equipment for Water projects.

A Water and Wastewater Treatment Company based in Dubai is hiring Proposal / Design engineer for the operation in Dubai – UAE.

Position: Proposal Engineer (Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineer)

Department: Water & Wastewater Treatment

Experiences:

· Experience in preparing Domestic and Industrial proposal and Design for Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants

· Experience in handling Techno/Commercial Water Treatment Offers

· Prepare Technical offer with equipments detailed specification

· Good record in preparing offers for Reverse Osmosis (RO), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP)

· Prepare engineering design, PFD, PID and Layout for tendered project

· Hands on selection of Electro/Mechanical Equipments for Water projects

· Prepare Project Process Calculation

· Understand International manufacturer standards codes

· Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

· Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships at all levels

· Hands on AutoCAD Software

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical)

Experience:

• 5-15 years of experience in Design / Proposal Engineering of Water Treatment.
