Job summary

TAIT seeks a Proposal Coordinator II to support proposals across venue-based staging, automation, attractions, immersive environments and activations. You will coordinate from kickoff to submission, translating client requirements into a clear response with input from cross-functional teams.

Manage timelines, meetings, deliverables, and contributors; review RFPs and scopes, track open items, and ensure alignment with the requested scope. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of proposal, project coordination, or related experience.
• Experience coordinating projects or workstreams independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel; familiar with project scheduling tools.
• Ability to work across functions and locations; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and own lower-complexity proposals from kickoff through submission.
• Review RFPs, scopes, tender packages to identify requirements.
• Develop proposal schedules and execution plans for assigned proposals.
• Coordinate preparation of proposal documents and supporting materials.
