Job summary

H2O Al Osool Real Estate is expanding its Secondary Market Team in Dubai. We are seeking Area Specialists who know a specific Dubai community and can grow listings and income through a strong network.

You will manage resale and rental portfolios, build landlord and investor relationships, source listings, conduct viewings, negotiations, and closings, and continuously expand your pipeline via referrals and networking.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dubai real estate within a specific community is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and listings.
