Apex Capital Real Estate (ACRE) is currently accepting applications for a Property Sales Consultant - Sudanese National.

About the opportunity:

This position will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties in Dubai.

What You Will Do:

• Engage with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and financial considerations.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings, providing insightful tours and information.
• Stay current on market trends, property values, and local real estate developments.
• Ensure all transactions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships and earn referrals.
• Guide clients throughout the entire buying, selling, or renting process.
• Generate new leads through the company database, referrals, and proactive networking.
• Coordinate with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, sales administrators, and partner agencies to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Lead negotiations between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from initial viewing to offer and contract stage.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
• Previous real estate experience is a plus
• Sudanese national
• Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle (company car options available at own cost)
