City Stay Real Estate LLC in Dubai is expanding its team and seeking motivated Property Consultants to join our growing brokerage in Dubai. If you are passionate about real estate, driven to succeed, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you.

This role offers salary plus an attractive commission structure and full marketing support with fresh leads and CRM access. You'll conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and build strong relationships with landlords, buyers

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Familiarity with Dubai real estate market (preferred).
Own visa or willing to transfer.
Driving license and car is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads through calls, inquiries, and client follow-ups.
Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients.
Promote and market available listings across multiple platforms.
Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, buyers, and tenants.
