Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized consultations to understand their property preferences and investment goals.
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts, ensuring all terms are favorable and compliant with local regulations and industry standards.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, zoning laws, and financing options to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.
- Utilize digital marketing strategies to promote listings across multiple platforms, maximizing visibility and attracting potential buyers.
- Collaborate with mortgage brokers and financial institutions to assist clients in securing financing for their property purchases.
- Coordinate property viewings and open houses, ensuring properties are presented in the best possible condition to create a positive impression.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to property sales, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless transaction process.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through strategic planning and proactive outreach, contributing to the growth and success of the agency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in property sales and market analysis.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in property sales, showcasing a track record of successful transactions and client satisfaction.
- Experience in residential or commercial property markets, providing insights and expertise tailored to client needs.
- Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being a strong advantage for reaching diverse clientele.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients and close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, demonstrating the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the agency's brand and fostering trust with clients and stakeholders.
