5. Schedule and conduct property viewings with clients
6. Maintain an up-to-date client and property database
7. Develop strategies to increase property value for sellers
8. Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients

Requirements:

1. Proven sales experience, ideally within the real estate industry
2. Quick decision-making skills, strong negotiation tactics, and exceptional interpersonal abilities
3. A strong work ethic and a customer service-oriented approach
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages such as Chinese, French, Russian, and Spanish are a plus)
5. Punctual, well-presented, and honest demeanor
6. Valid driving license
7. Own visa preferred
8. Valid broker card
