About the Role

We are expanding our Property Management Division and seeking a driven Business Development Specialist to grow our portfolio. This role involves managing daily property operations, acquiring new business, and ensuring seamless management services for property owners.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

• Identify and engage landlords, property owners, and investors in need of property management services.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and real estate professionals to generate leads.
• Work with sales and leasing teams to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Oversee smooth onboarding of new properties and coordinate handovers.

Property Management:

• Maintain rental properties by advertising vacancies, negotiating leases, and enforcing agreements.
• Establish rental rates, calculate costs, and ensure profitability.
• Secure tenants through marketing, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Manage lease negotiations, tenant contracts, and security deposit collection.
• Handle rent collection, budgeting, and variance correction.
• Address tenant concerns, enforce occupancy policies, and coordinate repairs and renovations.
• Ensure property security and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze market trends.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of property management experience is essential.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate or sales.
• Valid real estate agent/broker license.
• UAE driving license and own car.
• Strong knowledge of property management regulations and financial operations.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
