Position: Property Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties ensuring tenant satisfaction and maximizing property value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall performance of assigned properties including financial operational and administrative aspects

- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants

- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety health and building codes

- Handle tenant inquiries complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner

- Oversee rent collection and ensure timely payment of all expenses

- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and ensure quality services are provided at competitive prices

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants vendors and other stakeholders

- Prepare and present regular reports on property performance to senior management

- Stay updated on market trends and competition to make strategic recommendations for property improvements and enhancements

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions

- Manage property budgets and ensure expenses are within approved limits

- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

- Train supervise and evaluate property staff to ensure high-quality service delivery

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business administration Real Estate Management or a related field

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Residential Commercial Retail Warehouses and shopping malls is preferred

- Strong knowledge of property management principles practices and legal requirements

- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple properties and meet deadlines

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong leadership and people management skills
