Plays a crucial member of the estate team responsible for providing administrative and operational support for the management. This role involves coordinating various property-related activities, assisting in tenant relations, and ensuring efficient operations of the properties.
Responsible for lease administrative duties and clerical functions in order to help with streamline day-to-day work required at the site leasing office. He/she will also represent and act as the first point of liaison between contractors, suppliers, tenant(s) and Property Landlord.
Tenant Communication: Respond to tenant inquiries regarding lease terms, rent payments, and maintenance requests.
Lease Compliance: Ensure tenants adhere to lease terms and address any violations or breaches.
Rent Collection: Oversee rent collection, track payments, and follow up on late payments or discrepancies.
Collaborate with leasing agents to ensure properties are effectively showcased to prospective tenants.
Job Specific Knowledge and Skills:
Must have previous assistant and administrative experience (3-5 years), ideally within a high net worth residential/commercial environment.
Knowledgeable on the current real estate market regarding rates and upcoming commercial projects in the Abu Dhabi region.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be fluent in English both written and verbal, and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel.
A strong background in customer service, basic knowledge of commercial building structures, and experience in coordinating and scheduling are essential.
Excellent computer knowledge. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
An analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and Tenants.
Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service.
