Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant specializing in the UAE off-plan real estate market. The ideal candidate will assist clients in purchasing off-plan properties, provide expert guidance on market trends, and facilitate smooth transactions from inquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Understand client needs, preferences, and investment goals related to off-plan properties in the UAE.
Market Research: Stay updated on the latest off-plan projects, market trends, developer reputations, and pricing strategies within the UAE.
Property Listings: Present and promote available off-plan properties through various channels, including online platforms, marketing materials, and client meetings.
Sales & Negotiation: Guide clients through the purchasing process, negotiate deals, and secure sales agreements in alignment with company policies and client interests.
Documentation & Compliance: Assist clients with documentation, legal procedures, and ensure adherence to local regulations related to off-plan property transactions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to foster repeat business and referrals.
Market Analysis & Reporting: Prepare reports on market conditions, project updates, and sales forecasts to inform clients and internal teams.
Networking & Business Development: Attend industry events, develop new client relationships, and expand the company s presence in the off-plan market segment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in the UAE real estate market, particularly in off-plan sales.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai off-plan projects and developers.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent sales and marketing abilities.
Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations in the UAE.
Valid UAE driving license and own transportation preferred.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Company will be providing salary plus commissions depending on the experience, visa, insurance. Company also provides marketing leads, CRM data, CRM trainngs, developer trainings, skills trainings, cold calling trainings.
