ALH Properties in Dubai is seeking motivated real estate professionals to join a fast-growing brokerage with uncapped commissions. You will close residential sales and rentals, build a strong client network, and manage transactions from viewings to final offers.

• Closing deals on residential sales & rentals

• Collecting property details & launching marketing campaigns

• Staying ahead of market trends & regulations

• Hosting viewings & conducting valuations

• Negotiating deals from first viewing to final offer

• Managing transactions through to completion

• Building strong client relationships & follow-ups

• Generating leads through networking & company databases

You’ll also work closely with banks, mortgage advisors, surveyors & other agencies to close deals faster.
