We're currently seeking Secondary Market Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.

Your Role:

As a Secondary Market Property Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle for secondary market properties from sourcing listings to closing deals with end-users.

Responsibilities:

1. List and manage resale properties across Dubai
2. Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and landlords
3. Conduct property viewings and negotiations
4. Stay updated on market trends and pricing strategies
5. Manage CRM updates and client follow-ups

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in Dubai's secondary real estate market
2. Strong ability to source listings and close deals independently
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
4. Familiarity with all Dubai freehold communities
5. Familiarity with listings portals
6. Fluent in English (extra languages like Russian, Italian, Spanish, etc., are a plus)
7. Driving license and own car are a bonus
