Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal properties. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the property buying, selling, and leasing processes, and providing expert advice and support throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and market research.

- Property Listings: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties and create compelling listings that highlight key features and benefits.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to provide clients with current market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.

- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences, and provide tailored recommendations.

- Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants, showcasing properties and answering questions.

- Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, or landlords and tenants, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.

- Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to property transactions.

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the property transaction process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

- Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with local laws and regulations, including Dubai Land Department guidelines.

- Market Networking: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and other industry professionals to enhance business opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in the real estate industry for 1 year, preferably in UAE.

- Education: Bachelor's degree.

- Skills: Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic or other international languages are advantageous.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software; familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.

- Attributes: Strong sales skills, attention to detail, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
