Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: 50/50 commission OR Salary up to 3 AED commission

What We’re Looking For

1. Sales-driven with strong communication and negotiation skills.
2. Experience in real estate is a plus but not required; training provided.
3. Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to earn high commissions.
4. Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
