Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of off-plan and ready properties to local and international clients
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients and investors
• Develop strategies for business development and client retention
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, investment opportunities, and legal processes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate trends and project launches
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying process
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly targets

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2+ years of real estate experience in Dubai (off-plan or secondary market)
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
• RERA certification is a plus
• UAE driving license is preferred
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
