Responsibilities:
- Lease assigned vacant units in residential and commercial properties, achieving high occupancy rates.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential clients.
- Negotiate lease terms and convert inquiries into closed transactions.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and knowledgeably.
- Negotiate and convince tenants to agree to lease terms and conditions.
- Maintain optimal rent levels considering current market conditions.
- Follow up regularly to ensure timely renewal of lease contracts, adhering to local laws and company policies.
- Obtain necessary documentation for leasing activities such as renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Ensure timely collection of rental payments and bounce checks.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and report findings to the Property Manager.
- Handle tenant requests and complaints, escalating unresolved issues to the Property Manager.
- Prepare and present reports on contract expiries, vacancies, bounced checks, etc., as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by management with flexibility in working hours.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in property leasing (commercial and residential).
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in computer software applications.
- Effective communication skills with customers.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Financial knowledge.
- Valid driving license.
- RERA certification.
