Role Overview
As a Property Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting clients with buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in the ever-changing Dubai real estate market. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Building strong client relationships and offering personalized property guidance.
  2. Conducting property viewings and managing client inquiries.
  3. Negotiating deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
  4. Providing advice on market trends and legal considerations in real estate.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year of experience in the UAE market preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong negotiation abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
  4. Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
  6. Real estate certification or relevant qualifications are advantageous.
  7. Fluency in English is required; additional languages, such as Arabic, are a plus.
  8. A valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
