Job Description

The ideal candidate is a seasoned off-plan sales expert, deeply familiar with Dubai’s real estate market. You must have a proven ability to sell off-plan projects, a strong investor network (B2B and C2C), and the drive to close high-value deals. This role is strictly for professionals with real estate or real estate development experience.

Property Consultant Hiring
Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively promote and sell real estate properties and development projects across Dubai
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and legislation
  • Build and maintain a strong network of investors, end-users, and business clients (B2B and C2C)
  • Conduct viewings, property presentations, and negotiations with clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing
  • Provide accurate and timely market and project information to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams for marketing, legal, and administrative support
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE real estate laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Mandatory experience in real estate or real estate developments (minimum 4 years preferred)
  • Strong sales background with demonstrated ability to close deals
  • Excellent knowledge of Dubai property laws, market trends, and key locations
  • A robust network of investors and buyers, including experience with both B2B and C2C sales
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other language skills are a plus)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • RERA certification is preferred but not mandatory
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
