Job Summary:

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties by providing them with expert advice, market insights, and guidance through every stage of the property transaction. Your goal is to ensure a seamless, personalized, and professional experience for your clients, while also driving business growth for the company. You will work closely with potential buyers and sellers, leveraging your knowledge of the local real estate market to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Engagement:
    • Identify potential clients and build a strong network of leads through various marketing channels, referrals, and outreach.
    • Understand clients' requirements, preferences, and financial capabilities to provide tailored property recommendations.
    • Advise clients on the current real estate market, trends, and property values to help them make informed decisions.
  2. Property Listings & Viewings:
    • Conduct property viewings and tours for prospective buyers and tenants.
    • Present properties effectively, highlighting key features and benefits, and addressing any concerns or questions.
    • Maintain an updated database of available properties and ensure the listings are accurate and relevant.
  3. Negotiation & Transaction Management:
    • Assist in negotiating offers between buyers, sellers, and landlords to achieve favorable terms for all parties involved.
    • Handle all aspects of the transaction process, from offer acceptance to contract signing, ensuring smooth and timely closings.
    • Prepare and review legal documentation, including sales contracts, rental agreements, and other related paperwork.
  4. Market Research & Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date on market conditions, property values, and emerging trends in the local and global real estate markets.
    • Provide clients with relevant market insights, helping them to understand the value of properties and potential investment opportunities.
    • Use industry tools and resources to conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) and pricing evaluations.
  5. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
    • Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients post-transaction, assisting with property management or future sales/rentals.
    • Address any client concerns, feedback, or issues in a timely and professional manner to foster long-term business relationships.
  6. Sales Target Achievement:
    • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, generating business revenue through successful transactions.
    • Actively contribute to the growth of the company by building a strong client base and promoting the company’s brand and services.
  7. Marketing and Networking:
    • Promote and market properties through digital platforms, advertising, and social media.
    • Attend industry events, networking meetings, and property exhibitions to increase visibility and connect with potential clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a property consultant, real estate agent, or sales professional in the real estate industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with real estate CRM software and online listing platforms.
  • Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and clients at once.
  • A valid real estate license or certification (if required by jurisdiction).
  • Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
