Responsibilities: - Actively engage with potential clients to understand their property needs and preferences. - Provide detailed information and expert advice on offplan real estate projects and investment benefits. - Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site visits to showcase development features and benefits. - Guide clients through the offplan purchasing process, including document preparation, payment plans, and legal requirements. - Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and other stakeholders. - Stay updated with market trends, project developments, and competitor offerings to effectively position properties. - Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. - Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and client communication. - Ensure compliance with real estate laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
