Job Description

• Engage with clients and close deals across off-plan and ready properties
• Understand client needs and match them with the best real estate opportunities
• Conduct viewings, virtual walkthroughs, and in-person client presentations
• Drive the entire sales process—from inquiry to closing
• Manage CRM, follow-ups, and post-sales support
• Create video content, reels, and market insights for social media.
• Stay updated on project launches, market trends, and payment plans
• Attend internal trainings, huddles, and coaching sessions to improve performance

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0–4 years of experience in real estate or target-based sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven and performance-oriented
• Passionate about creating content, appearing in front of the camera, or sharing real estate insights on social media
• UAE real estate experience and a valid driving license are a plus
