H&S Real Estate in Dubai is expanding its sales team and seeks ambitious Off-Plan Property Consultants to drive transactions and build a successful career in Dubai's premium market. You will convert qualified leads, advise local and international investors, present projects, and negotiate closings with a commission-only structure.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales or real estate experience; Dubai real estate experience is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Strong resilience, discipline, and commitment to achieving targets.
• Comfortable working in a commission-only sales environment.
