Property Consultant – Off-Plan Development (Based in Dubai with regular travel to Ras Al Khaimah) An exciting opportunity to join a newly established property development venture backed by a highly respected family business, renowned in the UAE for their luxury interior design brand. This new off-plan development marks the group’s expansion into real estate, with a boutique residential project taking shape in Ras Al Khaimah. We’re looking for a confident and motivated Property Consultant to join the team in Dubai and play a key role in driving early-stage sales and building client relationships. About the Role: As Property Consultant, you’ll be based in Dubai but will travel frequently to Ras Al Khaimah to conduct site visits, meet prospective buyers, and stay close to the development’s progress. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the off-plan purchase journey and representing the values of a business known for quality and high-end design. Key Responsibilities: • Promote and sell off-plan residential units to investors and end-users • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a personalized and consultative approach • Conduct site tours and meetings in Ras Al Khaimah • Maintain deep knowledge of the development, pricing, and payment plans • Work closely with the in-house marketing and sales support teams to convert leads • Represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and attention to detail

• Experience in off-plan or residential property sales in the UAE • A strong understanding of the luxury market and client expectations • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills • Flexible to travel regularly to Ras Al Khaimah • Self-motivated, sales-driven, and eager to be part of a growing venture • Fluent English • An additional language is an advantage
