Property Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. In this role, you will use your expertise in the property market to guide clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their real estate goals in one of the most vibrant markets in the world.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert advice and market insights.
2. Conduct property viewings and organize open houses to showcase properties to potential buyers and renters.
3. Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.
4. Prepare and present property listings and advertisements across various platforms to attract prospective buyers.
5. Negotiate property transactions and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
6. Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and competitive landscape in the Dubai real estate sector.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
8. Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
2. Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and real estate regulations.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
4. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving results.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple listings and clients.
6. Proficient in using real estate software and online property listing platforms.
7. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
8. Professional certification or license in real estate is preferred.
