Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :

Contact potential clients through outbound calls to introduce and promote real estate properties.
Provide detailed information to clients regarding property features, pricing, and benefits.
Use sales techniques to identify client needs and match them with suitable properties.
Arrange property viewings, follow-ups, and provide additional support during the sales process.
Maintain a strong knowledge of the real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and availability.
Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Track and manage leads and prospects using the company's CRM system.
Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle client objections, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
Stay updated with real estate regulations, legal aspects, and market changes.

Requirements :

Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in direct sales or telesales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales tracking systems.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and market trends.
Ability to manage multiple clients and close deals efficiently.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in real estate or property sales is required.
