Key Responsibilities:


Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Conduct property viewings and present Luxe Developers projects to prospective buyers and investors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations.
Negotiate and close sales transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and generate leads.
Provide clients with detailed information about pricing, payment plans, legal aspects, and investment potential.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and market insights.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or Sales Executive in luxury real estate.
Strong knowledge of high-end residential and commercial real estate markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
